“Absolutely outstanding customer service! Chose this location even though it's an extra 25 minutes away. Vanessa was extremely helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient! She took the time to walk me through ordering the cake, made sure that it was exactly the way I wanted it, answered all my questions, even helped secure specific candles for my daughter's special day.
