“Their pasta with meat sauce is about the best you can get within a hundred miles in my opinion..... (I am thinking about it right now).
Baked lasagna with meat sauce and their Danish mozzarella cheese melted over it is quite amazing, as I'm sure the baked rigatoni would be also...
I don't even mind that they gave up trying to layer the lasagna like a homemade one would be, because the taste/flavor is so incredible...! Their salads are simple but quite fresh and delicious, and the garlic bread as well. Thankfully I don't live closer to their locations or I would be eating there every other day...!
( As far as their pizza goes, I am not a fan, because they use a strange spice that I do not care for.... I'm sure a lot of people absolutely love it..!).

“We went to Amaro Bistro during Seattle Restaurant Week. My burrata antipasto was very tasty. The braised pork shank was tender and excellent. The panna cotta dessert was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their food and the Cuvee B Red Blend was also great!“

“The front of the house could use some smiles and a better attitude for greeting people. We were seated quickly though and that's a plus for me. The waiter was great to start and faded out near the end of the meal. It was busier so I get it. The food was on par for the olive garden but, the bread sticks were dry ish... That's hard to explain. I had to turn down the music a little for the room we were in but that was cool to be able to control it how I wanted.
Now, would I go back there... Yes. Could it have been better... Yes. I like happy smiling people that great you and ask how you are doing, even if they don't care. It's just courtesy.“

My daughter in law and the men in my family, after a two hour workout at the gym, crave their soup and crisp salad combo (with dressing on the side). They share a large order of Romeos pizza(their favorite)for a slice or two. Here's to moderation and balanced eating !
This summer we are able to visit more often with our furbaby. The restaurant has a private, outdoor seating for a family of 6 + with a pet or two.
The staff is especially patient, thoughtful and kind. One of the many reasons( easy parking, clean bathrooms, )we choose to have lunch here- always a pleasant visit :)“

Pros: Excellent Food Beautiful cozy clean place Hostess very polite and they apologized up front as they were short staffed Our server funny sweet and got our order in right away so we could avoid delays due to the concert crowd. Cocktails perfect. I felt so sorry fir them as they were slammed and understaffed. They really worked hard to give everyone a lovely time. Big hint of advice with kindness: Work smarter not harder. What I wish is that you put the Angel Hair [Capellini] Pomodoro back on the menu as it has always been my favorite on the menu. I can always make it at home but it wouldnt be as great! “The restaurant's neighborhood atmosphere is reminiscent of a classic sitcom setting. The kitchen staff, primarily young employees, demonstrates strong teamwork and communication. Our order was accurately fulfilled; however, condiments should be proactively offered, and perhaps bread could be sliced thinner. I do feel it's a bit pricey for what the menu offers. The salad was completely bruised, there was barely any dressing on it, but it was a fifteen-dollar salad without any meat or cheese. They should probably put some time into developing an actual appetizer menu because the $15 salad was not justified. Beverage refills would also enhance the dining experience, so a few misses on standard serving practices. The food was alright, particularly the tiramisu was the best part of the dinner, it was among the best I've encountered in the PNW. We plan to return.“

“I went to this same restaurant a few months ago and gave them a poor rating based on a meal I ordered.
Last night's visit was very positive. I very much enjoyed the meal I ordered. Very delicious.
Parking is a pain. While there is allot of parking, they have disabled parking (not very many), too, the entire lot is behind the building and you have to walk half way around.
For those with ambulatory issues, best to drop them off alongside the restaurant.
While parking isn't the most ideal, their food is worth it.“

The items I ordered were dropped on the pizza and no attempt to spread that out toward the whole pizza. Sir had a even distribution. This was not what I had experienced before.. I grew up in a family that enjoyed Sparta's pizza was started at the location on. I think Lynwood highway 99 back in the 70s with my family. Always a great experience and the best pizza that we had. Tried went there over the years and experience the same thing. So I was curious because of the big disappointment. In what I received in bothel at their other location to where. I had always had a great experience. So I went back to that Location on highway 99 by Lynwood. And order the exact same thing. I received an excellent pizza. It was to go so I didn't get to interact with a lot of people but the to go person was great. I said nothing of the other experience and just waited to see what I got. It was everything I remembered and I was very happy. I'm not.
Sure. Why there was such a big difference but it was very obvious. The pizza I received at highway 99 in Lynwood. Was everything I remembered even distribution? I didn't get a slice that didn't have one of the 3 kinds I had asked for. Aren't you slice was obvious?This store paid attention to detail. I would strongly suggest everyone to go to the location highway 99 by Lynwood, and if they wanted to see if I was right. Try bottle or the other 1 or 2 locations with the same name and see if they didn't notice a difference. “Had dinner at Anderson School's Tavern on the Square. Roasted Brussels sprouts were outstanding. Grilled chicken salad had best dressing I've ever tasted. Entree was asada style NY steak and fries topped with chimichurri. Fries and chimichurri the best. Steak on the other hand was terrible. About a third gristle, the rest cold and tough as leather. I ordered medium rare. It looked just right so it wasnt the cooking, rather just a lousy cut. Nevertheless been to T on S before, loved it and will definitely go back. Just won't order steak again.“
