“Been going to Contos for over 20 years. last week was the first time I have ever been disappointed. Picked up dinner to take home and they changed their lettuce. Their salads were always fresh, crisp iceberg lettuce and last week had floppy romaine mixed in and it was super disappointing, ended up throwing half of the tossed salad out. Please go back to what you did for all these years, don't start changing things.“

My waitress was very accommodating and gave me some marinara to help calm it down. I still paid for it cuz not their fault I didn't pay attention. My soup and breadsticks were awesome like usual“

Pros: Excellent Food Beautiful cozy clean place Hostess very polite and they apologized up front as they were short staffed Our server funny sweet and got our order in right away so we could avoid delays due to the concert crowd. Cocktails perfect. I felt so sorry fir them as they were slammed and understaffed. They really worked hard to give everyone a lovely time. Big hint of advice with kindness: Work smarter not harder. Don't let dirty dishes sit on the tables. Full hands in and out :) Use trays instead of bringing two drinks at a time.“

At that time realized my Filet Mignon was significantly overcooked vs the medium-rare ordered (the other medium-rare delivered to our table was perfectly cooked). Asked for it to be taken back and it was not resolved within the 15 minute window left to make the show. Appeared that no special effort was made to address it immediately.“
