“I ordered the bbq pork bahnmi and shrimp fresh roll. The bahn mi was delicious, the bread was crunchy on the outside yet soft.. but still held a bite. The veggies in the sandwich as well as the spring rolls were so fresh and crispy to the bite. The peanut sauce that came with have a tiny spice to it, nothing too spicy but super yummy.

The service was very professional and fast, not a bad location ample parking around. Older building but the restaurant is clean and well kept.“

They have quickly become a weekly tradition and since they have such a mix of menu items they’re now our default if we can’t agree on what to eat. I am not exaggerating. Put this as a stop when you go thru Auburn. Now, I am not attesting to anything but their soup. My pallet isn't all that sophisticated, food is food most of the time but not Pho.

I have been to many Pho restaurants in many cities across the country.

This place gets it right, each and every time.

I wrote this 7 years ago. My dad introduced me to this restaurant in 2006! Since then I have been to many Pho restaurants across this nation.

And 7 years later… this restaurant remains number 1 in quality , quantity and consistency.“
