I’ve been a regular customer and typically enjoy the drinks here, but a recent experience with their loyalty program has left a bad taste.
My husband and I each had our own stamp cards. On one visit, I asked if we could combine them, and the staff member said yes — so we continued collecting stamps with the understanding that they could be merged.
