“This Subway location is the most clean and good maintained from all Subways I ever entered!I don’t remember when I ate last time a Subway sandwich, I have all the time an issue with the first impression, so when entering a restaurant look at its cleanliness, I entered so many times in so many Subway locations, but all the time disappointed and leave without ordering, I couldn’t tell what triggered me, but always had a bad impression, but today was different, the host was friendly and even the place was so crowded, she had time to greet everyone, people were enjoying their sandwiches, the atmosphere was nice and I just wanted to order a perfect Tuna Sandwich for me and a Ham Sandwich for my son!All vegetables were fresh and I just enjoyed my sandwich!Highly recommend this location!Enjoy!“

Get two orders of the egg rolls aka Imperial Rolls — one order won’t be enough for 2 people. Start there, you’ll be very happy. Also order the pork belly on the skewers please, No regrets. It’s very good. (3) Noodle Soups. Every bowl Is a winner. Pho is great, no question there. However, you absolutely must eat the SEAFOOD with special Red Noodle. (4) Early enough during the day, drink the Viet Ice Coffee. (5) Too bad they don’t have enough staff/hands to make the BANH CUON but they make up for it in many ways. Try everything on the menu. I’m not a relative. I don’t get money or fame for recommending Lotus Pond. I just know authentic good food when I see and eat it. Try it. You will leave with a full, joyous stomach … you will be very satisfied. Happy eating!“

The food was absolutely amazing, and you can tell they care about the details because everything was incredibly clean and spotless. I fell in love with the layout and open concept of this place. It gives the whole place such a bright, welcoming, and inclusive vibe. To top it all off, the staff are total sweethearts and made us feel so welcome the second we walked in. “We hired Down to Earth Cuisine for our January micro wedding in Leavenworth. We did a buffet style dinner and every single dish was AMAZING. The owner is so personable and helpful. The first time we talked on the phone was 30+ minutes and he wanted to know about us, what kind of food we liked, where we were from etc. We had chefs Tom and Melissa the day of the wedding and they were so great. They were personable and their food was top notch. I didn’t get to eat the appetizers they had prepared for the rest of our guests because we were taking photos and they packaged some leftovers meticulously and set them aside for us! All our guests had nothing but great things to say about their interactions with them and their meal they prepared for us. This company was so great to work with. I definitely recommend hiring them for your event!“

My only critique is that there was only one employee working trying to keep up with a huge consistent line. It would be awesome if the owners would hire another person to help so the lone employee had some support. One person working on a busy Sunday seems……. Not ideal.“

I do not feel like I need to stick to a couple of my favorites here. It’s safe to try different dishes every time because everything I have tried is excellent. The staff are sweet. It’s relaxed. “My friend said they're busy here most of the time because the food is really good and the prices are okay. We waited for our Burgers to be made which took about 7 to 8 minutes. We got fries with it and they were great! The burgers were superb. The atmosphere allows for quiet conversation. For two burgers fries and drinks the total was $32 plus tips. That's prices in the McDonald's range these days, for a far superior burger.“
