Stopped into Tacos & Beer in Everett and had a really great experience. The place has an awesome vibe—casual, lively, and the kind of spot you want to hang out for a while.
We ordered the shrimp ceviche and the shrimp quesadilla, and both were fantastic. The ceviche was super fresh and bright with great citrus flavor, and the shrimp quesadilla was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. You can tell they use quality ingredients.
The atmosphere was just as good as the food—good music, friendly service, and a relaxed energy that makes it a fun place to grab a meal.
Definitely recommend if you’re in Everett and craving good Mexican food. We’ll be back.“

“Great atmosphere. Kids loved all the TV’S with sports playing and that they offered loaded fries!!! My youngest even got a burger. We had my 82 year old Mom with us for her bday and they sang, brought her ice cream and she got to wear a sombrero! Very accommodating with extra sides, chips and waters. Patient and friendly. We’ve already talked about going back!“

“I stopped in for the first time today. I am always hunting for a great torta, and I definitely found it. I had a carne asada torta. I added cheese and cilantro. It is now my #1 favorite (in Washington). The lady that was at the counter was so nice! The green hot sauce in a bottle is so flavorful. I'm going back to try more items for sure. In my opinion it was better, faster and cheaper than the other taquiras that are close by. I am saying this for the torta specifically. The other places also have tasty stuff, but this torta hit different in the best way.“

“This taco truck is hands-down one of my absolute favorites! The burritos are packed with so much flavor and the portion sizes are perfect — super satisfying every time. Their green and red salsas are amazing, and the fried jalapeños are honestly the best in town.

The horchata is delicious, the tacos are incredible, and I’ve never tried anything here that I didn’t love. Everything is consistently fresh, fast, and reasonably priced. If you haven’t tried this spot yet, you’re missing out! 🌮“

“You owe it to yourself to try their food. Don't be fooled by the outward appearance of a food truck in front of a rental hall. This place has the best tacos I have ever eaten. Their Quesabirria tacos are unbelievably good. My only regret is that I didn't order more.“

“I just recently started coming back to this restaurant. There was a change in menu and certain items which led me to stop eating here. Funny thing is the recent menu changes that they have made is what drew me back to this restaurant. Good food at a reasonable price! I do have favorites when it comes to this restaurant I love carne asada tacos, birria tacos, and sopas. Their sauces are delicious and the staff is friendly. If you're looking for a good meal at an affordable price this is where you'll find it. Not only that , they've added an abundance of menu items that I look forward to trying in the future.“

“Food is good but if you want cheese on your nachos go somewhere else. I ordered nachos and only got a pinch of cheese. No exaggeration, it looked like someone grabbed a little tiny pinch with two fingers. The second time I went I made sure to ask for extra cheese to avoid this. And once again I was hardly given any cheese at all. Cheese is a main part of nachos so I’m confused as to why they barely give any. Lost my business over some cheese. The very first time I went there the food was amazing with zero complaints but after back to back issues with getting very little to no cheese I’ll never be back.“

“Salish Sun Taqueria is an absolute hidden gem! The Chicken Tortilla Soup is hands down one of the best I’ve ever had—absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Everything from the service to the food was top-notch. Highly recommend checking this place out if you’re looking for something truly amazing!“

“I went to Washington Burrito today. The test for me was Carne Azada Burrito. Passed!! The tortilla was fired. Taste excellent. The burrito was huge and FULL of steak (carne azada). This was my first time ordering and I will be going back often. Great price for GOOD really good food! TG“

“This was my first time having Jack in the Box and my friends too. Just gotta say there were two people working when we came by at 11 and give them a round of applause because they did great. We were in no rush of waiting but they definitely could use the help. Overall I had a good time.“

“Good food, prices are a bit high for what you’d expect at Jack in the box. Service is good; drive thru employees are usually always pretty nice and chill overall. The times on drive thru orders can be a little slow unfortunately but that’s usually because they’re looking understaffed. Whenever I pick up doordash or Uber Eats orders, they’re not typically readily finished and available to grab right on arrival, time to prepare can vary between 3-8 minutes on average.“

“Best Taco Bell I’ve ever been to, come here all the time! Order is always correct, food is always good, and employees are always friendly. Ordered for delivery the other day and it never showed up and was said it was delivered, but we called and they remade the food free of charge, we just had to come in to pickup, and luckily we live close by. Great Taco Bell, can’t speak highly enough about it!“
