“Went to this location for the first time today for a late lunch. Everything that was supposed to be hot was piping hot. The fountain drink machine also had that perfect setting so the drink actually tastes like it came out of a can. The food was perfect and the service was excellent. We were so glad we stopped in.“

“Came through the drive-thru at 3PM today. Whoever is on backine did an absolutely amazing job making my spicy potato soft taco. So often we get crappy from fast food services and it can become disappointing. Fortunately that was not an issue today! It meant so much to me to have a taco that was fresh and packed with potatoes. “Didn't wait long. It's always a fast and friendly experience at this location. Good Wifi too.
They also honor the hours displayed. Their lobby is open until 11 pm. If I have a Doordash order instructing me to pick up inside before 11 pm, I know I can trust the instructions. In many other locations I get out of my car only to find the doors locked before the posted hours.“

“New to the area and older social media posts said Smitty's had the best breakfast burritos but recent reviews have been mixed. Figured I would give them a try and give an updated review. Walked in on a Saturday morning at 0730 to an empty station. Gave the lady behind the counter my order and she said due to numerous phone in orders, the wait would be about 25-30 minutes. Luckily, there were two bacon breakfast burritos in the warming box that she said were made within the hour and were available for purchase. Since I didn't want to wait that long, I purchased the two. My wife and I thought the breakfast burritos were fantastic. Very large with healthy servings of fried egg, hashbrowns, and bacon. Due to it being pre-made, i'm not sure if there were more options had I custom ordered it but we loved them. There was only one lady that appeared to be working behind the counter and she had alot of phone orders pending. She recommended calling in first which I will definitely do next time. Very pleased with our breakfast burritos and can't wait to try again.“

“On a late Thursday around 11pm-12am I’ve received the best Taco Bell I have ever received in my 22 years and imma sound real big right now. I got 2 Beefy 5 Layer Burritos, and specifically asked for one to have No Sour Cream, No Nacho Cheese, Easy Shredded Cheese and Extra Beef. We knew just from the wrappings of the burritos these were going to be the best Taco Bell we have ever had! THEY EVEN WROTE ON THE WRAPPER WHICH BURRITO HAD EXTRA/NONE OF SOMETHING. Baja Blast was blasting alright!“

“So I was against coming back to this establishment for quite a few years. Both times I had visited were at night and it was an awful experience. The staff was so rude and acted so inconvenienced by me asking for a simple alteration of my order. Well I went back last night, the staff was incredible. Very accommodating, extremely polite. They understood that the app wouldn't let me make alterations so they worked with me to make sure that I got my order exactly like I wanted. They were very apologetic even though it's not their fault. The food was hot and fresh. Overall a great experience, and I will be coming back. It seems like they cleaned house and the staff is much better. Great job guys keep up the excellent work!“

“This has been one of the best subways I have ever gone to! The service is excellent the food always taste fresh and the employees even remember my orders! The establishment is always clean and the tables are never dirty I can sit anywhere and not have to worry about sitting in any lettuce. The employees are always quick with the food the lines are no wait at all always quick! This is definitely the best location in Yakima I refuse to go away where else!“
