Great service, quality food, friendly staff. We had fantastic breakfast, and are looking to going back for some BBQ for dinner one of these days.
Now Barbe-Queen, there are about 10 tables (5 - 4 tops and 5 - 2 tops) in this quaint restaurant that changed owners summer of 2021. Menu is still undergoing changes so I asked waitstaff and ordered the Polynesian Monroe plate. Hawaiian BBQ sauced chicken thigh was excellent and I'm glad I tried it instead of larger Loco Moco. Don't be in a rush as you take in small town life. I look forward to seeing updates to décor and exterior that matches the island vibe.
Cannot say enough good about this place. Great food and very nice staff. The chicken fried steak is delicious and generous portion.
