“The loaded baked potato was amazing with the pulled pork. Every bite melts in your mouth and it's like all your best memories of home cooked meals rolled into one. The baked beans taste like heaven and your first kiss. The cornbread has that perfect, crumbly texture and the side of butter whipped up with vanilla sends it soaring. My only complaint is that there isn't more butter. And my stomach isn't bigger. This place is so good. I was feeling homesick for good food and this place soothed my troubled heart.“

“some of the best bbq I've had!! their pork belly burnt ends are fire 🔥 and that mac n cheese!! also no one around has fried okra, which i grew up on so i love that they serve it here! the owner is super sweet and so are the workers! definitely a weekly (sometimes more) treat for me!“

“I’ve NEVER been that impressed even at 5 star restaurants! Chrissie and her crew were radiant! The food (1/2 chicken katsu 1/2 garlic chicken) was sumptuous and exquisite. It was a dreary Friday 13th with rain when I stopped by to eat but I left feeling like I was just in Hawaii! I will come again for a visit even from as far as Seattle!!“
