I always had issues with the service at the Hazel Dell location years ago, but girl at the window was extremely friendly! Mostly I just wanted to try the peaches and cream Mountain Dew, which was incredible. It’s not super close to me, but I’ll be back when there’s another deal like this.“

“Such an amazing amount of options for all day hungers; breakfast, lunch and dinner. Have a wheat or white pita or even in a gluten free wrap. Vegan and vegetarian opinions, but also a variety for the meat carnivores. Also you can have it in a rice bowl or salad bowl. When done satisfying yourself with your meal, step next door to Yo Licious for a frozen yogurt and toppings. That makes for a happy tummy :)“

“This is by far the best McDonalds I've ever been to. I'm in this area twice a week and I get my breakfast here, using the mobile app. The staff here is courteous, kind, upbeat and just wonderful - no matter how busy they are(and they're pretty busy!!). This McDonald's location is a shining example of how ALL McDonald's locations should operate. I love going to this location!!!“

“The only thing I don’t like about Carl’s Jr. is the burgers are a huge mess to eat. I usually order them dry. If you don’t you need a beach towel to clean up the drips. Burgers are good. Just messy.“

“The food is... oh so good!! We stopped by for Kaluha pork tacos & the mixed plate (kaluha pork & teriyaki chicken). The pork was flavorful, tender & delicious, probably the best I've ever had. We taste tested the clam chowder, it was equally magnificent. It's made fresh every day with potatoes, clams, & bacon. Our server, Mina, was an absolute sweetheart. She was upbeat, friendly, & very welcoming. This place is a gem! We highly recommend it.“

“Had two wonderful ladies take my order in the drive thru. Was talking to one of them about working 10's and how brutal it is sometimes. They forgot to grab me my French toast sticks but they immediately grabbed me new fresh ones soon as I came in. “NOTE TO STORE OWNER - This Zach guy is a tank. If he isn't a manager, make him one. If he's already a manager, give him your job as store owner or district manager.

He was running this place by himself (we must have come in at shift change and/or break time) and absolutely crushed every part of customer service, grill, and execution of an amazing product.

His personality was fantastic, the food he made us was fantastic, and the speed in which he handled our orders (3x of them) was fantastic.

“I used to work at Chipotle(different location) and this is the cleanest location I’ve been so far. The line looks clean every time I visit, the manager is very nice, employees are nice. The only thing preventing me from giving them a five star is the food portions, I know they have a very strict rule when it comes to portions but sometimes when I get my bowl from here it doesn’t even look a like a full bowl, more like a partial bowl filled. I often have to ask for just a little bit of more rice and meat when I come. Other than that it’s a great location.“

“We stopped here before a concert and it was popular with others attending. The burger i ask for with no mustard. The put extra and didn't put anything ketchup. Other than that, the food was good. The service was a little over the top, almost fake excited. They were nice though. Would go there again“

“There food was delicious always upon visiting any of there locations for lunch or dinner and there employees are very kind and friendly with the consumer at this location.

“We were a large group, service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean, and when we had a spill the staff was courteous and respectful. The food was exactly what we ordered, and all of our food allergies were well accommodated. It's marionberry season, and we enjoyed introducing folks new to the area to marionberries.“

“The Hazel Dell Carl's Jr. is exactly what you would expect from this chain—nothing extraordinary but nothing negative either. Its location right next to Walmart makes it very convenient, with easy access in and out, which is definitely appreciated.

The service here is efficient; the lines move quickly, and I've had great experiences with online orders through Uber Eats—they always arrive on time and fresh. I have no complaints about this location.

A special shout-out to the drive-thru staff, who have always been friendly and go out of their way to dote on my dog whenever I bring them along. It's the little touches like that which make a difference.

“Tarren who works the late night shift is the best cook McDonald's has especially with those mcdoubles, and Big Macs. if you get lucky when it's not a rush he might give you a autograph. Being one of the best employees there management should consider him for a promotion. Enjoy your next drive through visit when he makes your food.“

“I've been going to the Subway in the Safeway parking lot off 162nd for the last few years and have been disappointed every single time, honestly I don't know why I keep going back. I finally drove the extra 2 minutes to this store a few weeks ago and was blown away by the FANTASTIC quality of the sandwiches and the crew at the store.

Must be a fluke, right? Just a good day?

I've been back several times since then and have had the same amazing experience every time, I've finally been able to convince my wife to eat subway again!

Not sure if it's a matter of a different franchise or if this store is owner/operater, but there is a night and day difference between the crew and product quality at this location and most of the others in Vancouver.

“Typical Wendy's. The restaurant is very clean, service is usually pretty good but the food is hit or miss with this place. Sometimes they nail it with everything being hot and freshly cooked to bring so bad that I literally complained to the corporation. They did refund me and gave me credit for another meal so I did appreciate that. Nothing really special here one way or the other. The place is usually very clean though. I will give them that.“

“So I accidentally ordered to the Vancouver store instead of Kennewick, they were able to cancel my order and Kennewick made my food and comped my meal! That aside, I highly recommend the food, big portions and the prices are fair and cheaper than most other places, I eat here at least once a week sometimes more. 10/10.“
