Imbibe is a locally owned Italian restaurant with a fun and chic vibe. The food is fantastic and super delicious, with everything described as on point and excellent. Specific dishes praised include the lasagna bolognese, the arrabbiata flatbread, lemon pasta, cannelloni florentine, and the Panini Italiano. The chicken pesto melt is noted for its crispy outside and nicely grilled chicken. For dessert, the freshly made chocolate chip cannoli is fantastic, with other flavors like pistachio available; the wedding cake is also delicious. The pistachio cannoli has a lightly sweet and sour creamy filling with a light and flaky outside. A downside can be a wait, but friendly and interactive staff make it worthwhile with awesome oldies tunes playing. The menu features single item lunch dishes, Italian desserts, espresso, and wines. It is a little pricey but worth every penny. The owners travel to Italy for menu items.
