“The quirky and quaint Hansville Grocery is the hub of Hamsville.Ironically, not the best place for groceries, but if you want an espresso, ice cream cone, cold drink, books by local authors, or even a full meal, this is the place! The staff is friendly and attentive and it is full of good small town vibes. Definitely worth a stop.“

Many said they would return at some time for dinner. We planned this out of state and Lynn answered all of are questions quickly. We could not have had this type of personalized service in a typical restaurant.“

“Sunday was our first time dining at Fireside and it was great. We chose Sunday to experience their farm to table special, featuring foods from the area in 3 courses. First was a salad with buttermilk dressing and bread with crushed olive dip. Both were delicious. The entree was two codfish tacos with rice and beans. The tacos were great, rice and beans were okay (could have been spiced a bit more). Dessert was duck egg flan, which was done to perfection. Ambiance was super, we dined outside with a beautiful view of the marina, bay and mountains. Service was fine as well, we never waited for refills on water and drinks, meals were served quickly and properly.“

“Yo. I work here, so I am naturally biased. That being said, this is a GREAT place to work. I am treated well, respected, and HAPPILY employed. If that sort of thing is important to you (it is to me, I feel 100% different about a business if their employees are noticeably happy to be there), now you know. I really like the food here. “Fun little pub with a good view out into the water, it was very crowded the day we went due to a festival going on in town but it definitely made it lively. The service staff were flying around everywhere but still made the time and effort to be friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the beers were cold so no complaints, would stop in again if I happen to be in the area, if you get a chance definitely pop in.“

“I have been to bingo nite a handful of times and was really sad this past Sunday I must say that last nite I was there, and an old friend / bro took me. I won the free bingo rounds 2× back to back... Friendly environment and the caller and his lil helper are the greatest. the previous time I was there about 3 wks ago and my son's father and I won the blackout round, so no matter what everybody end up having a good time it's quiet is a great place to just go and hang out for a little bit I recommend it five stars“

“I go to Chocmo often to meet with friends and enjoy catching up over yummy drinks and food. The atmosphere is so inviting, has plenty of space and comfy seating for long chats. What I appreciate the most is the later hours of being open until 7:00, most if not all other coffee shops in Poulsbo close by 5:00. Thank you Chocmo!“
