“So this review is specifically for Alyssa, a manager at the Field House who helped me when ordering breakfast. I originally stood alone by a cash register for about 5 minutes waiting for service. I was in plain site, but the young women to my right never made eye contact, not said they’d be right with me. So I raised my voice to ask for help and one of the young women, after giggling and ignoring me, went to the register. No smile, looked annoyed, and said they were short staffed. Like I’m supposed to know that. She had the attitude that I was being disrespectful when she and the other girl ignored me to be served. When I asked for a manager, Alyssa showed up. Totally understanding, professional, and kind. She understood the issue and said she was sorry. The girl in question walks away laughing. I know Alyssa will make sure her employees know to greet customers and let them know they’ll be right with them in the future. I appreciate her so much.“

“Food was pretty good. We like the decor and the environment. We went for a Neil diamond tribute concert and had a great time. The service is pretty slow though. We didn't care too much because we were early and there for a long time for the concert though. Full bar. Very good hot wings and tater tots“

“I had a great experience at this McDonald’s location on the morning of July 8, 2025, around 10:50 AM. Despite it being a busy time, the staff handled everything with speed, efficiency, and a smile.

A big thank you to Manager Rex for the fantastic customer service! it’s clear that he leads by example. I also want to give a special shoutout to the drive-thru girl (I didn’t catch her name) for being so polite, quick, and professional. Her teamwork with the rest of the crew was impressive.
