“The people that work at this location are always so nice and friendly. They seem like they’re quicker than other Jimmy John’s I’ve been to, as well. It’s always amazingly clean. So, the manager seems like he/she runs a tight ship!“

“Over the last couple of weeks I have noticed a major change in the service and food quality at this location! Not sure what initiated this change but great job on improving! I've been a regular at this location for over a year now and this is the best service I have ever received. There is a new dark haired lady with glasses and she always makes sure the service is fast and the food is perfect!!“

While I was eating my lunch, I observed her greeting and serving others and was extremely impressed. She even made a suggestion to add oil and oregano to my Philly cheesesteak. “This locations customer service has been so kind and accommodating. I have been ordering sandwiches for a family member in assisted living to be delivered and I have to call everytime to ask for extra mayo. Every single time they have picked up the phone a different employee has taken the time to change my order with such friendliness and make sure it’s ready for pickup from uber eats and other deliveries etc. sometimes they even tell me about deals and coupons. they even double check that it’s going to the right place. thank you so much for being so kind and helpful on the phone.“
