“Was there with my family on Saturday when an older man and woman came in for a drink. The man tried using his points when he noticed they did not apply since he had enough to get a free beverage. When he asked on of the workers why his points didn’t apply, she responded with no clue as to why it would not work and shrugged her shoulders. The man then became aggressive and loud, making a scene over boba points…. They all were calm, and did not respond to his tantrum. I applaud their customer service and reaction towards adult toddlers. Great place and super good boba.“

“I just had the pleasure of trying this place for the first time and ordered the tuna poke bowl, which was delicious 😋! It was not only beyond my expectations, but it was the best poke bowl I've ever had, and I lived in Hawaii for 3 years and ate them weekly. Also the customer service was excellent! “My wife and I come here every now and then. The service is nice, the food is good, and we always leave with leftovers. Their portion sizes are enormous, and I say that as some who eats a lot of food. I will typically order an entree and a side and I can't finish both at the restaurant.

Their sushi is a little more expensive than most Japanese restaurants. But they do seem to be high quality.

Parking: They share parking with Safeway and Ranchito restaurant, so it can be tricky to find a close spot sometimes.“

“The grape cheese foam drink is my favorite boba drink in Federal Way, I usually hate grape flavored anything but decided to try it since I've never seen grape flavored drinks. I don't regret it, it's super yummy. My sister got the strawberry frostie with cheese foam, also a great choice!“

“I ordered the bbq pork bahnmi and shrimp fresh roll. The bahn mi was delicious, the bread was crunchy on the outside yet soft.. but still held a bite. The veggies in the sandwich as well as the spring rolls were so fresh and crispy to the bite. The peanut sauce that came with have a tiny spice to it, nothing too spicy but super yummy.

“Wanted to try something new today, and this place had an absolute delicious looking menu! I got the strawberry shortcake smoothie with added pudding, and when I tell you it was heaven in a drink. Not too sweet, absolutely yummy, and the pudding was the perfect way to finish it off. My husband got an ube drink with taro balls. It was pretty good! It’s definitely only mildly sweet, and ube is a unique taste if you aren’t used to it. It was about 8 dollars for each drink. For the price and the yumminess, I plan on coming back for an occasional treat! Super worth it.

“Best place for boba. I try to get something different every time. Have not been disappointed. The right consistency of chewiness and softness on the boba. My favorite so far is the "Strawberry and Cream Smoothie"“

The smoothies are great, as are the Boba options.The price can be a slightly high, but considering the quality of the drinks and the fact you can refill the lightbulb at a discount, it can actually become rather affordable if you plan on returning, something I highly recommend doing!“

“The strawberry and cream cheese croffle is amazing. You can’t go wrong with either the strawberry or Oreo bingsu either. Every single macaroon is amazing and is double the filling of a regular macaroon. The flavors are fun and they all look too cute or pretty to eat. I am not exaggerating. Put this as a stop when you go thru Auburn. Now, I am not attesting to anything but their soup. My pallet isn't all that sophisticated, food is food most of the time but not Pho.

I have been to many Pho restaurants in many cities across the country.

This place gets it right, each and every time.

I wrote this 7 years ago. My dad introduced me to this restaurant in 2006! Since then I have been to many Pho restaurants across this nation.
