“I ordered a large Fire sandwich to go on a Friday evening around 5:30. There were three people ahead of me waiting for their orders, so I expected to wait a bit. It was 30 minutes before I got mine. I was excited to try this sandwich I heard so much about: delicious, stuffed with meat, etc. I put half in the fridge and unwrapped the other half. I expected it to be squished, but did not expect it to be so thin, even though I ordered without cheese. I opened the sandwich and there was lettuce, lots of jalapenos, a 1-inch piece of bacon, and a small amount of thinly sliced turkey. I unwrapped the other sandwich and found it was the same except for it had 3 small pieces of bacon. Everything was drowning in mayo sauce. I was so disappointed. I rewrapped the other sandwich, and ate the first one. It was ok. Bread delicious as advertised, but overall it tasted like a mayo, lettuce, and jalapeno sandwich. I did not want to call them out on social media and you cannot FB message them so I emailed pictures along with telling them my experience. I heard nothing back. I finally replied to one of their posts and got a snarky response. When the owner realized I was serious along with me posting a picture, he said that wasn't up to their standards and I could call or come by to have my sandwich replaced. I thanked him and said I would come by the next time I was in the area. That next time was yesterday. I drove 30 minutes out of my way to come by after a Spring Break trip with my grandchildren. I introduced myself to the owner and he remembered me. He said I was supposed to call so we could talk and after reviewing the photos, there was nothing wrong with my sandwich and he would not be replacing it. Conveniently, the post where that discussion took place has been taken down. He also explained how many ounces of turkey go on each size of sandwich. I worked in food service many years and know my way around a food scale. I thanked him and left. I don't need my order replaced by someone who reneges on their promise to make things right, but I will surely make sure everyone knows my experience.”

“Went here for the first time tonight and had an amazing dinner! We started off with the Brussels appetizer and it was great! 10/10 the hazy ipa was ice cold and so good! I got the tortellini and my boyfriend got the chimichurri both were great! The service was attentive and prompt and the owner came out to check on the tables and make sure everyone was happy! Overall a very good experience and we will be back!”

Other places only claim a,mixed berry, peach, strawberry banana. BECAUSE THATS A,MIX. Rhonda, Rusty Kettle are some of the few that are EXPERIANCED enough to make one. And they are,cheaper. Isn't it blackberry season? Done venting.”

“Allergy family ordered 5 entrees and 2 orders of spring rolls to share, to go (⭐️s listed for spice, not rating - they’re all excellent!): ***Swimming Rama - chicken ⭐️ ***Honey walnut shrimp - ⭐️⭐️ ***Chicken chow mein - ⭐️⭐️ ***Vietnamese spring rolls 1 tofu, 1 shrimp ***Tofu pad Thai ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ***Ginger Garden w/tofu - dinner⭐️⭐️ The over-the-phone order taker was kind and respectful when I asked if they could accommodate our allergies (dairy & egg), which they were. Estimated cook time was surprisingly short and food was ready within a minute or two of that estimated time. Everything visible was absolutely clean and well maintained; we did not visit the restroom, but it would have shocked me if it wasn’t in excellent condition. We took our food home and had a family-style dinner. The least delicious item was the spring rolls - hear me out, they are *exactly* what you expect when you order Vietnamese spring rolls, everything else was simply over the top outstanding. No overpowering saltiness in the chow mein, a perfect balance of flavor, sweetness, and (albeit mild - cause Grandma doesn’t do spice) spice in the Swimming Rama. The pad Thai was flavorful and had a LOVELY texture that I don’t have words to describe. The Honey walnut shrimp was perfectly crispy without under or over cooking the shrimp (and the presentation in the to go container 😍). All the veggies, including in the Ginger garden were cooked to perfection and not a moment beyond. Even the rice was superb (sticky rice). My preschool aged child was impressed by the chef’s giant homegrown watermelon on display and is asking when we are going to get more spring rolls. You’ve read this far, just call or head over there! We will be back, for sure!”

“Found this beautiful gem of a restaurant tucked away on the edge of Lake Offut! We loved the wood log decor. Indoor or outdoor dining was a huge plus with great views of the lake. Staff was friendly, and food was great!”

“Our waitress was so friendly (she's been there 11 years). My son recommends the truffle and potato pizza (with extra truffle oil). The tricolor pasta gives a great variety of flavor and lets you try 3 sauces at once.”

“Red Lantern is one of the best local restaurants in Yelm. We have tried many of their different menu items and have never been disappointed. They really understand how to flavor food. The Red Lantern chicken is my favorite for certain. When I crave peanut sauce, I'm always thinking of that dish. Definitely worth every penny!”

“I’m from Fairbanks, AK where there are coffee huts everyyyywhere- and they all have Ice Rages. Husband is active duty so we’ve been all over the place the past few years. I have gone such a long time without being able to find an equivalent to the Ice Rages and low and behold- here we are in Lacey, WA and found them at Stir Krazy! I think they’re called Big Train Freezes here? We have been to Stir Krazy quite a few times and the gals are always so friendly! Highly recommend.”

“Dined at La Gitana tonight after our son’s soccer practice and the food was delicious, service was excellent, and the portions were huge. Definitely a bit pricey but the food is so worth it. Got the Bolognese and it was out of this world. Husband got the pesto and let me try a bite, it was one of the best pesto dishes I’ve ever had. Will definitely be going back. Would have loved to try their tiramisu but was too full off our entrees. Next time for sure :)”
