“I love open mic and I had fun going back in time to my wild 20s visiting my old haunt J. MIKES. I will be back for another one of Jules BLT and chips. And to watch open mic. Last week a guy was using a loop pedal and a violin. So cool. Also saw they have Karaoke Saturdays.. hmm?? Sounds fun. And I love they have darts, pool, and Big Buck Hunter!! Rad.“

“Been to Savage Moose a few times and didn’t really feel welcome with the old staff. New management is great. Saw some friendlier faces this past weekend & had an awesome time. Brittany was amazing. She made sure I was taken care of and made the best drinks! Definitely coming back.“

“Another nice dinner. Enjoyed both the Artichoke and Shrimp appetizers to start. Linguine Mare was wonderful, loaded with seafood! My friend enjoyed the roasted chicken. Did not order dessert. Overall a very tasty dinner from start to finish.“

“Our friends suggested meeting up at The Thirsty Hop, and though a hop shop with sushi seemed like a strange mix, it turned out to be a great combination! As you walk in, the cozy vibe is immediately inviting, especially on a cold, rainy day with an inviting fireplace to sit next to. They even have games to play! The beer selection was decent with plenty of choices, and the sushi was surprisingly delicious! We ordered quite a bit, with the Hawaiian tuna being a standout favorite—we liked it so much, we ordered it twice. We also tried a variety of other dishes, including wings, gyoza, and rolls, and everything was excellent. The staff were friendly and had a great sense of humor, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere. As we left, the place was getting busy. We wish them the best of luck and hope they continue to stay busy!“

“Tatum was outstanding! What a horrible day I was having. Ending up getting towed to the shop next door to locust. While walking away from my dead car I realized I was in the parking lot of locust cider! Tatum made my day!!! She was kind and patient and very beautiful (inside and out!). She also must have some serious magic abilities…. I tried the engine one more time and my car started!!-

“The roe is one of those old school dive feeling places, rare to find, especially to find it on Mercer Island. Tucked away and pretty chill but it can get active sometimes. Great choice if that is the vibe you're looking for! S/O to Ollie!!“

“The ambience is wonderful, the staff is friendly and helpful, the food was good…but our 4-person group had to wait over 30 minutes to get our food!
This resulted in one of my friend’s food arriving cold. She rarely complains, but this time she did because her omelette was cold. Thankfully, they prepared a new omelette for her.“
“Mikaila, the bar manager, was fantastic! She was very friendly, knowledgeable about all of the wines and beverage options, and offered very fast service! It’s also awesome to be able to bring in food from the QFC deli and the drink prices can’t be beat!“

“Really lovely atmosphere in the lower level of the lodge at Saint Edwards Park, once a seminary and once the barbershop. Comfy chairs to sit in if they’re available. Great Mixology for the cocktails, friendly and attentive service! Ryan was wonderful.“

“Randomly stopped in for a quick snack on my way home from work and found the best stop for daily specials and friendly service! And I'm talking $12 for a burger AND a beer on Monday, $10 for a taco and beer on Thursday, and $10 for a pizza on Wednesday! Live music on the weekends. Food is delicious! Took my husband back with me the very next day!“

“The Cajun tater tots are second to none. I've gotten one of the bowls before (mai tai or curry?) and it was pretty good. This time I got the Mai Tai salad and it was pretty ok. It is very expensive keep that in mind. The property is beautiful and the fire pits are the bomb. Keep in mind this restaurant is above a pool so it smells like chlorine and can be loud.“

“This is one of our favorite spots for a date night on Fridays or Saturdays. Pleasant live music and a large fireplace add to the ambience. During the warm months, they have a great outdoor sitting area with a fire pit. The food is always delicious, while the servings are decent for one person. The cocktails are perfectly blended as well. The prices are moderate but you get a good value altogether.
Parking: There is a large free parking lot but it is about 3-5 minutes walk away.“

“Great English food and beer with an authentic English pub atmosphere. Extra warm cozy feeling in the winter.
The bar is what you would expect from an English pub. It had a Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy vibe to it. I half expected to be sitting next to Arthur Dent or Ford Precect.
