She went so far beyond that - she was immediately responsive in the affirmative, scheduled a time to chat quickly, and graciously let us use the space without so much as a charge or minimum drink orders. “Gosh we love this place so much. We reserved the back room for our engagement party and it was free (or VERY cheap? I can’t remember) as long as we bought drinks there. The vibe is relaxed, the decor is great, the outdoor patio is our favorite for summer and fall hang outs, and the bartenders are so kind and friendly. They even allow dogs!“

“Thank you Admiral Pub! I did not know how badly I needed a Taylor Swift Sing along brunch in my life! I knew it would be fun to be with my friends, but expectations were far exceeded by the whole event. From the second you walk in you are part of it all, a crowd of strangers singing and dancing and loving every minute. The food was great (the little beignets were the perfect sustenance for all the dancing). The DJ got to everyone’s requests, and the owners mingled through to make sure we were all having the best of times (we were)! Already planning my next trip there and bringing more friends!“

I ordered a Diet Coke, but for some reason, my credit card wouldn’t work in their system. Before I could even start fumbling for cash or awkwardly apologizing, the bartender—this super sweet girl with black hair and a nose ring—just smiled and said, “Don’t worry about it, it’s on me.”
