I recently dined at Anchovies and Salt, and I must say, it was an amazing experience! The food was absolutely delicious, showcasing the best of Vietnamese cuisine with a unique twist. Each dish was flavorful and beautifully presented, making it hard to choose a favorite.

Food was great! Its our first time here ,so we odered different kinds. We enjoyed every bite, We were here to celebrate birthdays of my 3 friends. They surprise us with a complementary desserts with candles! Service was great ..

We had a delicious meal in an absolutely gorgeous space. The owners are friendly, welcoming and gracious. They helped to explain each dish and what region it’s from. Each dish was beautifully executed and the flavors sung! I will definitely be back!

Anchovies and Salt is a stunning restaurant with a beautiful view of the lake, located right at the water so guests can park their boat and walk right up. The atmosphere is perfect for catching up with friends, with a vibrant and cozy environment. The menu feels like a tour around Vietnam, featuring dishes you don’t typically see. The food is delicious and innovative, with creative touches that beautifully blend Vietnamese traditions with local ingredients. Dishes like the outstanding Black Cod that melted in the mouth are highly recommended. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly. The waterfront setting adds to the charm, and there is a huge playground on the side of the building for kids. Portion sizes are a bit small, but pretty sure everything is meant to be shared. Despite some drawbacks, the flavorful dishes, beautiful presentation, and picturesque setting make Anchovies and Salt a highly recommended and worthwhile dining experience.
