I visit this A&W more often than I should, but I keep coming back because the experience is so great! I just go through the drive thru, but the team is always so friendly and service is quick, my order is always well seasoned and packed with care. Shoutout to Daniel for making me laugh today after a long work day, he is a great employee!
We stopped into A&W for a quick hot dog and Cheyenne made the experience worth leaving a review! She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. Genuine customer service can be hard to find these days, and Cheyenne absolutely nailed it. A&W is lucky to have her and should recognize her !
I ordered a large cheese curds and they mistakenly gave me a regular. They offered to make me my large but I was late to get back to work. Bruce told me he'd be there all night so when I got back a few hours later him and I think Ben (?) ended up getting me my large and a bunch of sauces. Made my night. Thanks guys!!
