Poor customer service at Jack in the Box on Sunset Blvd. I arrived on time for my drive-thru pickup order, but was told rudely to pull forward and wait. There were already three other cars parked ahead of me waiting as well. The employees looked exhausted and overwhelmed, which makes it seem like this location is understaffed. Management should hire more staff and work on improving customer service.
The location is convenient, and my food has always been hot! The staff here works very hard, and they deserve to be recognized for that. You can’t keep everyone happy, but they treat everyone the same as far as I have seen. There needs to be more kindness in the world.
