“We've been wanting to try Normitas for a while, and we saw they were coming to Washougal, so we had to try it since they were right by us. It did not disappoint!! I got the three chicken poblano tacos, and my husband got the chicken poblano burrito. They were both delicious!!!! I went back and ordered an esquite for us to share, and that was fantastic as well! I'm looking forward to trying more of their food in the future!Vegetarian options: They had tofu on the menu.“
“This is definitely a country cafe and it appeared very clean. Breakfast meals were substantial and cooked perfectly. They did forget to put avocado in my omelette but immediately offered to remake. I opted to have it brought to me on the side. If you want whole grain toast-dont ask for wheat! For no good reason, we had a little difficulty finding it. GPS took us in circles.Parking: We had no trouble finding parking in their front lot.“
“First time in….loved the friendly vibe and decor. The wedge salad hit the spot and was super fresh and tasty! The grilled artichoke pizza was crispy and hot. Perfect size for the two of us! Pistachio gelato to share topped it off and reminded us of the middle eastern flavored desserts. Delicious! Can’t wait to try more vegetarian options on their menu!“
“Stopped for breakfast as I drove home from PDX to Olympia. I always seek home town places that do it the old style diner way. I was not disappointed by the Country Cafe! Eggs, potatoes, toast - all done just right. The service was very friendly and my meal came from the kitchen super fast. Chain restaurants have their place. But treat yourself to the whole experience you will get at the Country Cafe and places like it.“
