“In case anyone needs another reason to love Dutch Brothers... This morning, while I was at the walk up window at DB on Hualapai, I witnessed a pretty nasty car single accident. A woman driver and her two young (2 and 3 year old) child passengers were not badly injured, but they were certainly scared, and banged up. Paramedics came and checked them out, and we waited for police to come and take a report. In true Dutch Brothers customer service fashion, an employee walked over with a kid’s drink for each child, and a drink for the woman, with a note written on top. It was this kind gesture that brought tears to the woman’s eyes. Kudos to the staff of Dutch Brothers for making a difficult situation just a little bit easier. This sort of kindness is what we all need. ❤️“

“We have always loved Mad Hatter, but their new location is even better than their old one. It’s in a beautiful historic building, right in a walkable part of downtown. Now we can walk to get some ice cream (or go stop at our favorite thrift store) after we are done having a blast playing. 10/10 recommend — check out their new space!“

“Does it take a bit of time (if there is a line)? Yes.. is it worth it? Yes! The girls here are always extremely nice (big shout out to Hailey who is always so extremely nice and extra friendly) and they are consistent. The coffee is fresh and ALWAYS good.. the muffins are killer. I went here once and haven't been anywhere else to get my coffee since. Set aside an extra 10mins and get a real coffee from a clean and friendly place. 100% recommend.“

“I really needed caffeine on the drive from Tacoma to Vancouver, so I chose this spot based on proximity to I-5. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and how quickly my drink was made! The women working were super friendly, but didn’t pry with questions like they do at Dutch Bros. Unfortunately I forgot to snap a picture, but their oat milk matcha latte was pretty good! I’m a matcha snob who gets it from specialty cafes, so obviously I didn’t find it mind blowing, but it really hit the spot in a pinch. They signed me up for points, so this is likely to be my new spot for these long trips.“

“Our first time here and hands down the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Baristas were extremely kind and had smiles on their faces upon arrival which is always a PLUS!! Their atmosphere is so cozy and calm very spacious and extremely clean!! Joshlynn was great and extremely patient with us and recommended great items. we also bought a few things from their cute shop!! We also love love love that this is a dog friendly environment!! “When it comes to their chai and banana bread, I'm in love! So yummy and the girls working there are always great. I haven't tried much of the coffee, and the raspberry syrup is a little funky but other than that it's a great little spot! I made sure to bring my mom when she visited from out of town and she loved it too!“
