“The only reason i recommended black bear to anyone is for the coffee. But the owner zeke is an absolute creep and gets way to touchy and hands on with some of his baristas. I worked there back in 2016 or so and had the worst experience with him as he asked if I wanted help changing my shirt and bra and then touched my boob telling me "sorry you had a hair" told me he only hires girls with big boobs and that's why I got hired. Told me my moms boobs were big when she came through the stand as well. Never said anything cuz nobody else wanted to come forward and say anything so I left it but come to find out just a month or so ago he did it to a friend of mine that worked there. I hope nobody else experiences this with him and he truly does stop cuz its disgusting and so unprofessional.“

“I like this place. It's very cute, & the people who work there are very nice. Sometimes if I'm going down to Portland on the train, because this place is so close to the Centralia train station, sometimes I go get a drink before I go to the train station.“

“I really needed caffeine on the drive from Tacoma to Vancouver, so I chose this spot based on proximity to I-5. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and how quickly my drink was made! The women working were super friendly, but didn’t pry with questions like they do at Dutch Bros. Unfortunately I forgot to snap a picture, but their oat milk matcha latte was pretty good! I’m a matcha snob who gets it from specialty cafes, so obviously I didn’t find it mind blowing, but it really hit the spot in a pinch. They signed me up for points, so this is likely to be my new spot for these long trips.“

“I stopped in for the first time today and had a wonderful experience. I didn't catch her name but the manager made my order. I wanted to try something new and asked her to surprise me with a hot coffee, with coffee forward flavor and not to sweet. She made the perfect drink. She said it was brownie batter 'less sweet.'
Lately I've been disappointed with coffee stand orders because it tastes like hot water with the essence of coffee. Not here. My drink was full bodied, rich, smooth and sooo delicious. I wish I lived closer, this would be my new go-to.“

“My husband and I came here for coffee and I wanted a keto latte: diabetics have to keep carbs down. The barista said she didn't know about that, and the manager overheard so she came over quickly and explained that the staff members were not trained in keto products but she knew exactly what I wanted. “They apparently have a known problem with their hot drink lids. Before I was handed my coffee I observed the woman focusing on trying to secure the lid, and didn’t think much of it. So I took the 20 oz coffee and proceeded to drive off. Then the lid popped off almost immediately after leaving as I was accelerating onto Harrison Ave. The hot drink spilled all over my lap which was slightly painful & unpleasant. I returned to the stand to make the ladies working there aware of the fact that their lids don’t secure well. Once I began to notify them I was told that “they are aware of the issue and sometimes have to try a few different lids”. That did not happen when I was given my coffee, the woman made one attempt to secure a lid on the cup that clearly was barely on there. This is a negligent act to hand somebody a hot drink without properly securing the lid. I am disappointed with the lack of due diligence of the people working at this stand now. I am led to believe they were aware of an issue with lid fitment and they were just letting the problem continue rather trying to find a solution to the issue. They did offer me another coffee, however this I didn’t accept it as I was already plenty awake from spilling one on my lap. Hopefully they change their business practices, if your current supplier of cups and lids can’t make it work find another one. It’s unsafe to hand out hot drinks with poorly fitting lids. Also nobody wants to clean your coffee from their car interior.“

“I waited 2 weeks for you to get hazelnut back to just be told the very next day your out of hazelnut, toffee, and salted caramel. You didn’t change anything on your app. Didn’t have time to go to another one. Very disappointing. Clearly you have an ordering product problem. “I was served by Greg he was really nice and professional, I ended up ordering my usual, Latte. It wasn't a peak hour and I was waiting very long for my coffee. The vibes is exactly what was I expecting, a Starbucks store. The location and the fact that it's close to i5 highway is great.“

“Yesterday, I went through the drive-thru at McDonald’s, which is how I usually order. The service was actually pretty good this time — the person taking my order was nice and the overall interaction felt smooth.
The only issue I tend to run into (and it’s really my main gripe with McDonald’s in general) is that when I order my burgers plain — nothing on them, no toppings, and definitely no cheese — they sometimes forget and add things anyway. It doesn’t happen every single time, but it’s frequent enough that it stands out.
Aside from that, I’ve been pretty satisfied. Yesterday’s visit was a good one, and I appreciated the friendly service at the window.“
