The cheese is great, the beer and wine bar is sub par. For a wine bar, I expected more than a plastic cup full of of cold red wine. Won’t visit the bar again when I need a glass of wine. Only had two options for red wine, and the waiter could not tell me what the Red Blend was.
Amazing food and the staff were busy but sure help.

Beecher's Handmade Cheese serves farm to table food with reasonable prices. The sausage breakfast sandwich and bacon breakfast sandwich are delicious. Grilled sandwiches, such as the smoked turkey sandwich with chutney and the turkey melt, are also very good. Seating near windows is nice. However, the food and coffee can take at least 10 minutes to arrive, and prices are not cheap. The restaurant offers good service, but some items, like plain cheese curds, are not available, and some menu items, like the Mariachi Mac & Cheese, have been discontinued.
