Best airport coffee experience I’ve had! The barista, Keyarra, not only handled a busy line with aplomb, the espresso she pulled was delicious. Far and away the best espresso I’ve had in an airport. Thank you!
The food was great! The grilled sandwiches and macaroni and cheese do not disappoint. But, the customer service is horrible! Felt burdensome and invisible to staff, despite being practically the only person in line - awful! I really want to give this place two stars, but the food is yummy (pushing my rating to three stars) - I particularly appreciate the vegetarian options. Sadly, I will not go out of my way to visit again.
Came through about a week ago and Key’arya Johnson was the only one working at Cafe Vita. The line was super long and she just kept smiling and working her tail off to get everyone their drinks and food as fast as possible. She was apologizing for the wait, but I will gladly wait for kindness and good service, especially in an airport. Thank you for making my layover a little better. And… the coffee and food is better than Costa.
