What a magnificent find this was! Impeccable service, Andaluca offers a romantic and elegant ambiance to complement the perfect culinary experience. We started with the soft-ripened Murciana goat cheese and house made preserves, the star of the night was their roasted beets and citrus salad, the Andaluca paella simply delicious and the flavors of the preserved lemon chicken transported us to the Mediterranean!
