“If a place can make a plain bagel that I can eat and enjoy without cream cheese, that's a pretty damn good bagel place in my opinion. The inside of the bagel was perfectly soft and fluffy, with a nice chewy outside crust that did not feel like chewing through leather. Amazing service, too. Added bonus is that their chocolate chip cookies are amazing.“

“Located inside a residential building and across from the Spheres, it's a nice place to grab a quick bite to eat with reasonable prices. They have plenty of bagel options to choose from and the service was friendly, quick, and easy. I ordered their Avocado Toast and it was delicious. I asked them to choose the bagel for me and he chose the Salted Rosemary bagel. Honestly, it is not a bagel I would have chosen. But in this case, it worked with the other ingredients. The Rosemary just added another layer to the other flavors. The sandwich had fresh flavors with the pickled onions, crisp radishes, and green onions. I would definitely stop by again if I was in the area.“

“I had heard that Eltana makes good bagels. Now that I have tried them for myself, I must respectfully disagree. "Good" is a word used to describe, for example, a bagel that you might enjoy having for breakfast. At a stretch, perhaps even a breakfast you would fondly anticipate while thinking about it the night before. These are not "good" bagels. These are dangerous bagels. These are profound bagels. These are fugitive toric avatars from some fragrant and crispy celestial realm. I should have ordered more. - C“

“3.8/5 For a Seattle bagel it was pretty good, the salt bagel seemed to be lacking salt and the scallion cream cheese tasted good but had a weird texture. If I was anywhere but Seattle I’d hate this bagel but it’s not NY/NJ so it’ll do. Would like to try to other flavors since they missed the mark on this one.“

“Been here five times at least and have been waiting to write this review to get a good average of visits in beforehand. The food is really good. The place is really nice. I am picky in terms of my bagels as im from the East coast. And these bagels do hold up. The only issue that I am having is that no matter what my order is never correct. I’m not sure why- I don’t know what to do about it. I put everything in the comments or explain what I want in person when I order. But my bagel is never toasted no matter how I ask. Which in most situations wouldn’t bother me except for the fact this is a $20 bagel. Would love to keep coming back here- but I just don’t want to be disappointed again.

Update:
I have since gone back to this location to try it again and see how it goes. After this last visit I have come to the realization that it seems that we have different tastes and perspectives in regards to what toasted is. Good news- he has been trying to get my order right. It just so happens that for me I like my bagels toasted to browning on both sides while he prefers a lightly toasted setting. I plan to apologize to him the next time I come in. He tried to make it right for me and even upgraded my friends sandwich to a whole from a half. I appreciate all his hard work. Thank you for making my bagels sorry im so picky 😓“

“Solid lox sandwich, but not sure if it's $18 good. Maybe that's just the way of the world at this point. I'm originally from the Northeast (upper right) where good bagels are ubiquitous. I do have to say that these bagels are very good. Pricey, but good. The guy working the window seemed like he might be serving a community service sentence, or perhaps he was just hung over. But I was there for the product, not the service, so I won't ding them for the aloofness. (The person working the donut window next door was lovely and politely pointed me in the right direction, since the bagel window isn't as obvious.) Would I go back? Maybe. But at this price, these bagels seem more like a high end treat than a regular occurrence. Check it out for yourself. I didn't think you'll be disappointed.“

From the moment I contacted them to the final bite, it was clear that Kelly Cannolis takes their craft seriously. The cake was not only beautifully presented but also incredibly delicious. The cannoli filling was rich and creamy, and the cake itself was moist and flavorful. My wife was overjoyed when she saw the cake, and our guests couldn't stop raving about it. It was the highlight of the party, and I have Kelly Cannolis to thank for that. If you're looking for a delightful treat that will impress both your taste buds and your guests, I wholeheartedly recommend Kelly Cannolis. “Ok, first I would like to say that I love the PNW yet, after living here for 44 years, I miss New York Pizza, Pastrami sandwiches, the Brooklyn Dodgers (ok, that dates me) and bagels. I don’t care if people swear that their very favorite bagels are the best, if they aren’t from Eltana, they are not authentic. Eltana’s bagels are chewy, the right size(not gigantic and merely a circle of bread), well seasoned, boiled in honey water before baking and a throwback to my youth in NY. My Dad worked at a bagel bakery in NY for a short while and brought home the best bagels. Eltana bagels makes me think of those bagels. I am so glad we found you, Eltana. We love your delivery service, too.“

Also the folks who run the shop are so friendly and thoughtful -- really wonderful people! Add this shop as a must try if you're visiting the market. And if, like me, you work here, add it to your go-to list for breakfast or lunch.

Edited to add: also try the cupbop! No bagels involved but a super delicious Korean lunch (and it left me enough leftovers for a snack later)!“
