The food is decent quality but the service is pretty awful. We had a reservation but weren’t seated until 20 mins after. Our server told us to get up and take a picture of the specials menu instead of telling us anything about them. Then when we we asked for the check they pointedly and slowly clattered all our dishes and plates together before bringing the check. The restaurant is pretty loud and chaotic. I heard this was one of the best pizza places in Seattle, so had to check it out, but it honestly fell short for me. The service and atmosphere are fantastic, but the pizza just seemed very thin, wet, and floppy to me. I ordered a pie with anchovies and olives and even though I love briny/salty flavors, it was way too much for me.
I will say the mozzarella they use is delicious, but that’s not enough reason for me to return.

This was my first visit to Bar del Corso, and it definitely won't be the last. The food is as amazing as what I've read in the reviews. I can't pick a favorite....everything was delicious! The Arugula salad was awesome with some little surprising flavors. Next time I'll try a pizza (didn't try, because I had pizza the day before).
