Been twice now and while not a bad option, there are several place on this street I'd go to over Bar del Corso. A little too loud inside for me and the food has always been above average but not great. Stop in and see if it's for you.
Look, this is a good restaurant. The pizza is great: good ingredients, good dough, nice burnt edges, which is something I love. But you should know that if you order the burrata, you’ll get half a burrata, and I find that pretty offensive. I’ve never seen anything like it. We walked in on a Saturday night and the hostess was able to find us seating within 10 minutes at a large community table - they were thoughtful about spacing parties apart so we weren’t squished together. We got a selection of the small plates and drinks, and all were delicious! The fig arugula salad was a big highlight. They had an exciting set of specials as well. The patio area was lovely.
