ALL the food was delicious 😋
We had a friend rave about this place forever and we finally made it in! We didn’t have reservations but they were able to get us in within 30mins of arrival. The service was friendly and attentive, the food was delicious and the vibe was chill! We will be back soon!
By far one of my favorite restaurants in Seattle. Definitely worth a visit. Staff are always amazing and have never had anything I didn't like.

Bar del Corso is a great little place that serves fantastic pizza with very good dough, cooked to perfection in a wood-fired oven. The menu is small, but the specials board offers a variety of delicious options, including risotto balls, anchovy salad, and sausage with butternut squash. The oven's heat creates a crust with a nice char, adding flavor to the pizzas. The staff is attentive and helpful, providing a friendly atmosphere that makes guests feel at home. The patio offers a cozy outdoor space, even on cold and wet nights. While the cocktails are good, the glasses are small, especially for the Negroni, but the drinks, like the Barrel Aged Bijou made with local gin, are highly recommended. The environment can be a bit noisy, but the pleasant surroundings help make up for it. Overall, Bar del Corso stands out as a top pizza spot in Seattle, with excellent food and a warm vibe that encourages repeat visits.
