One was too salty (C/D-rating). If you’re paying $27 for a burger, you would hope it’s seasoned right. Wouldn’t say the burgers are worth the hype or cost.
Rolls were good but not worth $10. The grated radish with oysters were great and very unique!
Automatic 22% service charge is kind of crazy for rushed service.

Food was fine, service was slow and not attentive. We waited an hour after ordering to get our food. It wasn’t a complex order. Everything cost extra, for example, we asked ketchup for our $11 side fries, and it’s 3 dollar extra. They don’t tell you, you see it on the bill. Oh, there is also a 22% mandatory service charge.
