“This unique diner offers a delightful atmosphere and aesthetic. The friendly staff and delicious mimosas make it worth the visit. The Caprese omelette was filling and delicious, while the chicken fried steak was large but well-done. The fresh daily biscuits were excellent. The coffee came in a large soup mug, and the Irish coffee was good. The booths are fixed in place, so it’s not ideal for larger bodies. We recommend it and will return, though my partner might skip the chicken fried steak. I’ll definitely get the Caprese omelette again.“

“Not just THE BEST buttermilk biscuits, but the best GLUTEN FREE biscuits! I ate them too fast to take a photo and will be ordering more! The bacon in the MacGregor was perfect and I loved the cheese on the Pike. They're crispy on the outside, perfect for your favorite toppings, and flakey on the inside. I took them home and they paired well with breakfast and the chili I had for dinner. Huge thank you to the staff for the recommendations! If you haven't been here, what are you waiting for?“

“Very cute mom and pop type breakfast diner. Service was quiet and considerate, and was greeted almost immediately upon entering. I was offered coffee or water (not sure if there were other options) and a menu. I ordered the biscuits and gravy. Being from the south, I had high hopes for this dish. The eggs were amazing and only needed a little salt and pepper. The scones in the entree were a little grainy but overall very nice. And the gravy was well seasoned. I would have loved if sausage gravy was an option, but I know that is a personal preference. Overall, I believe I may have found my new favorite breakfast spot.“

“Awesome biscuits. Had the cheesy gritty gravy biscuit (probably not word for word from the menu). Wish I could've eaten it inside, but there are tables and chair on the sidewalk, which turned out to make for a nice morning. The area is a little questionable...not dangerous though. Security hangs out nearby, and I never felt threatened...Just including this for families with kids. No ding on the restaurant's rating!!“

“I hadn't been in awhile due to timing but you SAVED me yesterday. I had 1/2 the perfection that is the old fashioned tuna sandwich for lunch. At dinner I had the other 1/2, the homemade coleslaw and the Rice Krispie "muffin.' The flavors of all took me out of my routine and the fact that you have taken the effort to provide that special touch -- in your menu offering, the clearly cleverly curated tuna recipe and that coleslaw!! -- warmed my tummy and my heart. “A search for breakfast in Seattle led us to an unexpectedly wonderful experience at Redtrees. After being rudely dismissed from a nearby cafe, the warm welcome we received here was a breath of fresh air. We didn't realize it was in a hotel until we arrived, and though we were dressed for moving, the staff didn't bat an eye.
Our server, Titi, was the highlight of our visit. She greeted us with genuine enthusiasm and happily seated us at a comfortable couch table. Throughout our meal, her service was attentive, joyful, and simply above and beyond anything I've experienced, even in high-end restaurants. The food was also fantastic and served with surprising speed. Redtrees, and especially Titi, turned a simple meal into a memorable highlight of our trip.“
