Charlottle Restaurant & Lounge at Lotte Hotel Seattle is seriously one of the most underrated dining spots in Seattle! I honestly feel like this place deserves so much more attention and should be much more popular. To be bombarded by screaming children, yelling, running and pounding on the picture windows was disturbing to say the least. Although at times a parent of the large group intervened the restaurant crew took no action. No offer to move us (or other disrupted tables) was quite surprising and greatly affected our experience.

We were treated so nicely especially on the occasion of our anniversary, which was noted with special touches by the staff. Food was excellent and beautifully presented. We had a lovely view of Seattle and the harbor.
