Picture if you will being 16 stories up looking over the Puget Sound as the sun sets in the distance. While you are encapsulated by the stunning view, tantalizing fragrances catch your attention and a beautifully plated entrée and cocktail are gracefully placed in front of you. We came here for breakfast four mornings in a row, and every single visit was really good. We worked our way through a lot of the menu — my favorite was the Dungeness Crab Toast, but everything else I tried was right there with it.
We showed up around 7 a.m. most days, right at opening, which meant we were usually the first ones in and could grab a window seat. The views were gorgeous every morning.

Charlotte Restaurant & Lounge offers delicious food and fantastic customer service. The staff creates a calming and relaxing ambiance, making every visit memorable. The french toast is a must-try, and the espresso martini is highly recommended. The beautiful view adds to the experience, especially during brunch, where every dish is thoughtfully prepared and absolutely delicious. The food is absolutely amazing and so well done that it is worth the price. Do not skip out on dessert; The Stone was absolutely to die for. The servers and staff are incredible, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu. It is a perfect spot for a company dinner or a lunch, where the Kimchi Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup come highly recommended. The venue has beautiful views and the service is always great, making guests eager to return for more culinary delights. The restaurant also features live jazz music, enhancing its great atmosphere and making it one of the best dining spots in Seattle.
