This is our favorite casual sushi restaurant in Seattle. The fish quality is unmatched for the price point. Truly some of the best salmon sashimi I’ve ever had. Their specialty rolls are fun and delicious. And everyone who works there is lovely. Highly recommend keeping Kamakura in the rotation!
Better in the last visit but this place is now is another sushi restaurant. But I don't want to remove the review as I've had good experiences here and it's part of my history.

As soon as our family entered the restaurant we were offered a choice between the regular menu and the vegan menu. We are all vegetarian so of course we selected the vegan menu. It had a HUGE array of interesting options in every category. We ordered six items and all were excellent. The barley tea was basic but tasty and warm.
