Citizen Collective is a restaurant with a nice space and great atmosphere, offering a separate outdoor area. The service can be confusing as ordering food and drinks is done separately, either at the table or at the counter. Payment through the app can also be challenging. The breakfast options are okay, with well-cooked eggs but potentially cold potatoes. The restaurant seems to compensate for mediocre food with generous amounts of guacamole. In the evening, the lounge area is a pleasant spot for gatherings, serving on-tap stout beer and offering a variety of appealing dishes, including spiced ramen, nachos, and bulgogi burritos.
