Citizen Collective Reviews
The pear waffles were the best breakfast I've had in years! Awesome
Food and service was great
We came here for brunch after checking in to our hotel down the street and it was fantastic. We are in town for a concert tonight (Tuesday) and thought it would be a great spot for dinner before heading to the show...the website says open, their hours say open...but when we showed up it's closed. Sonic you're wanting to go, double check it's actually open.

Citizen Collective is a restaurant with a nice space and great atmosphere, offering a separate outdoor area with a gorgeous campfire spot perfect for summer. The service can be confusing as ordering food and drinks is done separately, either at the table or at the counter, and the QR code system is not for everyone. Payment through the app can also be challenging. The breakfast options are good, with well-cooked eggs, a basic farmers breakfast, and waffles like the pear crisp and berry ricotta, though some toast needs buttering. The coffee is smooth and delicious, especially the aloha cold brew. In the evening, the lounge area is a pleasant spot for gatherings, serving on-tap stout beer and offering a variety of appealing dishes, including spiced ramen, nachos, and bulgogi burritos. Staff is super friendly, and the service is quick and easy. It’s a cute place with an interesting concept where you can order via your phone as a group or individually.
