We had our wedding reception in the private dining room at Daniel’s Broiler, and it was truly everything we hoped for. We worked with Shelley for about six months leading up to our wedding, and she was incredible every step of the way. Wonderful experience. As some other reviews have said, tis a tad on the spendy side, but you are eating at a fine steakhouse in the Hyatt Regency Seattle. Not sure what else is to be expected. Having said that, dinner was wonderful. 16 ounce ribeyes ordered medium and cooked to absolute perfection, served hot, tender and so full of flavor!

Frankly, we were underwhelmed with most of the food we ordered. It wasn't the worst meal ever, but for $100 a person, it should have wowed us. The beef and fish were cooked well, but the sidedishes were overcooked, mushy rice, and overly salted. The salads were drowned in dressing. Table service was outstanding and if we had not been pressed for time, we would have sent the sidedishes back.
