About Eggslut - Seattle

Eggslut offers a range of menu items, from the Cinnamon Toast Cold brew and Wagyu Cheeseburger to the Egg Salad Sandwich and the signature Slut, which is mashed potato and an egg in a jar. The food is often described as delicious, though some find it salty and oily, with the bread being airy and soft. The Wagyu Cheeseburger and Adrian’s were a little salty but delicious, and the pickles were delicious. The Egg Salad Sandwich wasn’t anything too special, and the hash browns taste much better without the ketchup. One tourist felt the food was a depression meal, like eating air and empty calories, and overpriced at $11-$12. However, the staff are consistently praised as friendly, welcoming, lovely, and professional, working as a cohesive team even when busy. Service is fast, with waits rarely exceeding 6-7 minutes. The restaurant is often busy, especially on weekends, with limited parking and seating. It is located in a food court corner and is priced like everything else in Seattle, with an egg salad sandwich with greens on an artisan style bun costing $16.

The Cinnamon Toast Cold brew was fantastic! My food (Wagyu Cheeseburger and Adrian’s) was a little salty, but delicious nonetheless. The pickles were delicious. The Egg Salad Sandwich wasn’t anything too special, nor was the ketchup. I would recommend eating the hash browns without the ketchup as they taste much better without it. We went in a weekday morning and it was relatively busy, so I can only imagine how busy it gets on the weekends and there is not much parking, or...read full review
You can tell in the way the staff communicates and moves around each other in the open kitchen when the restaurant is busy (which is most of the time) that they're Professionals who work as a cohesive team. I've never waited more then 6-7 minutes for my food at this location. Its always delicious and beautiful. The staff are all friendly and welcoming in spite of the constant pressure of the heavy traffic and business it brings. Bravo 👏
