Had their Italian catered dinner. Pasta bland and greasy. Would try them again but only a different menu. The price is so cheap for catering.

I needed to go somewhere close by for lunch and saw this place. I should have looked at the menu before coming here to see what they have but usually cafes have a nice selection of vegetarian options. The workers there are super nice and helpful. The inside is small and one thing that threw me off was seeing a cockroach while waiting for my food. I wanted a veggie sandwich or wrap but they didn't have that option or really seemed to want to make one, which I understand. They recommended a breakfast wrap (egg, spinach, vegetables) so I got that meal option and it comes with a hash brown and drink. The hash brown was the best part or the meal, it was perfectly cooked and crispy, one of the best hash browns I've ever eaten. The breakfast wrap was very bland and the spinach didn't go well with it so I took them out. I think with ketchup or hot sauce it would've made a little difference. Overall nice place (if you aren't a vegetarian or vegan) and need a quick meal that won't break your wallet. It's a popular place but not for me.

Not sure how this place gets 4 stars, I'll give it 2 at best. Fries were way too greasy. Chicken burger way too much mayo and also greasy. The street stinks outside. Plenty of better places than this to eat.

First timer here. The location is, as another reviewer put it, less than desirable. There is a very seedy crowd that hangs out at the fountain and transit tunnel right next to this place so it can be a bit off-putting. Inside, the clientele was a mixed bag of some sorta shady looking folks and the business lunch crowd. It is a quick walk from my office so I thought I would check it out. The shop otherwise was organized and welcoming. The staff acknowledged me right away and were very good about answering questions. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and a side of tots to-go. The sandwich was not what I was expecting: it was pieces of chicken thigh so they kept falling out of the bread. The onions were chopped up, so they also kept falling out, instead of a slice of onion which is more to be expected. They were heavy-handed with the mayo, this coupled with the slippery chicken thighs made for a texturally unappealing combo. The tots were ok, they were piping hot which I appreciate, but once they cooled I could really taste the oil which for lack of a better term tasted dirty, like they had reused in the fryer for a couple days. I ended up throwing half my sandwich away because it was so unappetizing. This was a miss for me, will not be back and wouldn't recommend. Maybe some other items are tastier, but I don't want to spend any more $ trying to figure that out.

Flame Catering served at a funeral reception today at my church. It was a relatively small gathering but the food was outstanding. They served a tossed salad, fruit, breads, Mediterranean chicken, beef stroganoff and salmon with potatoes, mushrooms and peppers. Everything was well presented and more than well received. As a volunteer the prepared and warm food is always a blessing. Thank you to the kitchen staff who prepared these delicious selections.

Perfect spot for lunch in Pioneer Square. It's definitely in a spot that is less than desirable but the quality and customer service is great. I've been coming to this spot for over 3 years and even since the management change the consistency and quality remains. The lady who owns this cafe now is so personable and offers a variety of her favorite Vietnamese dishes as well as typical cafe food. Today I had one the of best Bahn Mi sandwiches I've ever had for a great price! Plus she serves tots, can't go wrong with tots.

Good place for lunch. Excellent tator tots! Pretty much that and salads are your gluten free options. Actually the salads are bagged so may have msg. and salads get a little tiring. :(

Terrible Cobb Salad no boiled egg, no Turkey no ham. The avocado was rotten. Never again.
