Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails Reviews
Awesome breakfast. Fresh PNW mushrooms and Beechers cheddar in the omelet and fresh local strawberry jam
seems very family oriented.
Fine place for a drink and a bite. Nice outdoor area is inviting. Be WARNED: this place automatically adds a 20% “service charge”. I probably would have tipped more than that amount but it’s the principle. Tipping is supposed to be based on the level of service. Not shoved down my throat.

Frolik Kitchen + Cocktails is a welcoming spot that offers exceptional service and delicious food and drinks. The staff provide top-notch service, making guests feel at ease. The breakfast menu features tasty dishes like the egg breakfast with crispy potatoes and flavorful chicken sausages, as well as a vegan bowl that can be customized with real eggs. The outdoor patio is a lovely spot to enjoy a meal, although it is currently closed until August. Guests are currently directed to a dark, interior bar on the 4th Ave side of the hotel, which is not as appealing. Despite the temporary setup, the food remains pretty good, with highlights like the smashburger being very delicious. The bar serves expertly crafted cocktails, such as the Mezcal Espresso Martini and Mezcal Sour. The lower dining room maintains a nice atmosphere and excellent service, with staff ensuring guests feel welcome. The restaurant is a popular choice for celebrating special occasions, though some guests have noted long wait times and confusion with reservations, as well as a mandatory 20% service charge that some diners feel should be optional. Despite these challenges, Frolik remains a great place for food and drinks, especially when the outdoor deck reopens.
