Great food!! Never disappointed ❤️
Worst customer service ever. Younger woman with long black hair is very rude and obnoxious. Has no customer service skills and will serve you warm water with NO ICE and then refuse to give you a to go box for your remaining food. This was our favorite place to eat, but since this experience I have spread the word as much as I could about the poor service this woman has provided. Genghis Khan Restaurant now operates as a take-out only establishment, specializing in American-style Chinese dishes. They used to have a physical space but now operate out of a shared kitchen inside Urara Sushi. The beef and broccoli, chicken with sweet sauce, and pork and cabbage are highly recommended. The crab rangoons and chow mein have also received positive feedback for their improved taste.
