Green Leaf Vietnamese Restaurant

Sad to hear this place is closing. My wife and I would stop here after long flights home on our way home from SeaTac airport. The perfect welcome home meal. Makes me sad to see it go.

Sadly still boarded up due to rampant drug use and crime in the neighborhood that Seattle enables, but so glad we checked it out as the food was delicious. I had the lemongrass chicken, which was exactly what I was craving. Friend had the combo vermicelli noodle dish. Both were fantastic and nice portions. Can't go wrong with choosing Green Leaf for all your Vietnamese cravings! We had the Bun Dac Biet and the Combo Rice Plate. Both dishes came out as expected, huge portions and delicious meats. I'm a huge eater and so the portion sizes were just right for me. My only gripe was that the rice dish was a bit too oily, which was a little nauseating after a while. Service was awesome.
