Ordered a turkey with cranberry noOnion on sourdough for my sick wife who had this two days ago, loved it and service. Today it turned difficult why ? This was about 11am. The only person working ok friendly , but then proceeded to try to talk me out of order and get on ciabatta. Ugh not needed. Added stress to my day. Good food, but you guys need to turn down the temp on your coffee machines. Got a latte 15 minutes ago, and it's still too hot to drink. Coffee tastes burnt. Clear signs of temp being way too high.

We stopped here after going to city people next door. The line moved somewhat quickly. They have a good menu of pastries, sandwiches, and drinks including coffee, tea, smoothies, and Italian sodas. I wanted to get something to eat but felt like the prices were unreasonable. My smoothie cost $9 and a simple grilled cheese cost the same, which is ridiculous.
