Everything was outstanding. We celebrated our friends’ wedding, and our service was excellent! They really went out of their way to make our evening special. Our favorite dishes were the bone marrow, scallion noodle, hasselback butternut squash, mackerel, scallion pancake, and rice cakes (made vegetarian for us with mushrooms).
Every dish we ordered were tasty, but the Scallion Noodles was my favorite. The cocktails were unique and well balanced, and complemented the food very well. I highly recommend Joule if you find yourself in Seattle. We ordered a lot of food and cocktails but it was very reasonably priced.
