Loved the Crafty Mondays!!Had so much fun with our kid crafting some really cool cards!.
Coming to the Food - we were there for some Ramen - It took nearly 45 mins to get 2 ramen and 1 chicken Karage..There is only 1 person cooking everything and hence takes forever..In the meantime we also tried some cocktails with sake in them and loved them.The bartender lady is so sweet and friendly.
Overall the Ramen was good a little watery for our taste.Karage was decent too.
Midnight Ramen in Fremont is an absolute gem. The atmosphere on the Wednesday night we visited was wonderful — super relaxed, cozy, and inviting without feeling overly crowded. My partner mentioned that weekends get much busier, so it feels like we caught the perfect vibe for really settling in and enjoying the experience.

Ingredients are top notch and the ratio is perfect, with highlights including yummy, slurpy noodles, a perfectly prepared boiled egg that is still kinda runny, and excellent slices of pork. The location offers a unique experience with beer, ramen, and other Japanese cuisine, making it a must-add destination for a warm bowl that is like a blanket for the soul.
