I stumbled across Le Caviste on a work trip years ago and now I visit every trip (3-4x / year). It's excellent. Some of the best experiences I've had as a solo diner. While the menu is exclusively in French, the staff are more than happy to explain and make suggestions. The goat cheese salad is a staple, along with all of their boards.
