This was an experience in itself no liquid or broth it was just eggs noodles and pork it was sosososososo good to die for this is a must do when in Seattle. Wow, I'm stuffed. The taste is amazing
I’m in absolute slurp heaven after eating Slurp Station Aburasoba!! Wow the flavors are incredible, full of umami goodness, and the noodles are springy and fresh. My husband and I shared the Tokyo Ganso Aburasoba and the Shoyu based beef Aburasoba - they are unlike any Japanese noodles we’ve had!

Wasn't sure how I'd feel about soupless ramen, but wow... now I get the hype. The shoyu aburasoba was outstanding, and the noodles held onto the flavor surprisingly well without any broth. Ordered the jumbo and happily had leftovers for breakfast.
The real star was the taiyaki, easily one of the best I've had. Soft, fresh, and delicious.
