Got the combo pho and tofu spring roll. Everything was delicious! Only docked 1 star because there was no tripe in the combo pho.Edit: tried the combo vermicelli bowl and it was delicious
Actually obsessed with this place. No other place has a better vegan pho…. The spring rolls are also #1. If I could give 6 stars I would, don’t even need a menu when I go in. I dream of sleeping in a warm bowl of pho any time the weather drops below 67 degrees

I love walking to New Leaf Bistro for lunch. I am always satisfied when I leave. Pho is amazing and you can’t beat the Banh mi lunch meal. I always wash my meal down with a Thai Iced TeaVegetarian options: The menu has quite a few vegetarian options. I am sure they are all delicious.
