Nohm sushi bar & kaisendon Reviews
I am not normally into raw foods, but Nohm sushi is fantastic. Rich flavors, lovely presentation, and reasonable prices. I tried a little bit of every sushi they had out at the time I was there, and I have no complaints. Each roll was unique and tasty.
Always fresh. Many options of sushi and nigiri.
Way better than a lot of sushi places especially for $20 for a lbs and you can pick singular pieces. Love this place and come here often.

Nohm sushi bar & kaisendon offers a fantastic sushi experience with rich flavors and lovely presentation. Even for those not typically fond of raw foods, Nohm's sushi is a standout. They provide a very good quick lunch option, with rolls and fish consistently described as very fresh and tasty. The selection includes a variety of maki rolls, some with a unique Korean influence or cream cheese, alongside inari and nigiri.
The restaurant is a small business, sharing a space with Artly coffee, located on the ground floor of the Hilton Inn on Boren street. The sushi is often described as a quick and easy pay-per-pound option, with an average price of around $2 per piece. Customers appreciate the perfect rice-to-fish ratio and the nice touch of toppings. While praised for its fresh ingredients and unique tasting rolls, some reviewers note the price point can feel a bit high compared to similar models. There can be limitations on "expensive" nigiri, sometimes with a limit of one per person. Overall, Nohm is a place to satisfy sushi cravings with fresh and unique offerings, despite potential price considerations.
